Born May 10, 1930 in Bradford, PA

Grew up in Rochester, N.Y.

Worked most of life in Bay Area in Northern California (San Jose) in accounting.

Retired 1988 and spent 10 years full-timing in a small RV. My cat Squeezer and I traveled all around this magnificent country. By then the 1976 RV and '68' me were pretty worn out. The last couple of years traveling, I looked for a "settling" place and ended up in Eastern Georgia, about 50 miles nw of Augusta.

Because I was having trouble with glaucoma, driving became difficult and I moved to Oklahoma City, where a good friend was living alone and was willing to share her home with me, and do the driving. I only see out of one eye now and that in a limited way. You may have noticed I don't chat during games. That is because I usually can only see the cards in my hand and have to concentrate on them. Please forgive my rudeness in not responding.

I learned how to play spades about 3 years ago and enjoy the game very much. I can't play as much as I used to, but try to get in as often as possible.

You are a fun bunch of people and I do enjoy the banter and play ... really brightens up my days.
